MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

You can watch El Guacamayo, full movie on FULLTV - In the early fifties, a man came to Barranquilla from somewhere inside the country. He was seen walking the streets of the town exercising the office of collector with a very particular clothing: yellow pants, white shoes, red shirt, green jacket, tie multicolor, purple vest and hat brim cut mustard. The method of collection of Macaw was to expose the debtor to comment from neighbors.
