MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Its occupants, Eva, Ventura, Axel and McGuffin have no intention of leaving home. Everything is complicated when Alfredo begins a relationship with Eva, the only lady of the house squatter.
