MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1972 film?

You can watch El metiche, full movie on FULLTV - Capulina gets into everything I do not care. Help an elderly woman onto a truck that is not waiting, sells lottery tickets from a seller but loses sick to see a car accident where the victim testifies against comforts a crying baby but remains as raptor and put into bad mom.
