MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

You can watch El otro barrio, full movie on FULLTV - After being involved in a series of fatal accidents, and the duration of the investigation, Ramon, a boy of 15 years, orphan of father, enters a shelter. For he will be a sensation of waking from a dream, a dream lived in Vallecas, a popular working-class neighborhood of Madrid, next to his mother and sister who have dedicated a lifetime and now they can do nothing for him, although they know he is innocent. In the center Ramón finds a friend in the talkative and weak Hannibal. Meanwhile, his link with the outside is Marcelo, the lawyer handling the case that, like him, grew up in Vallecas. The problem is that for Marcelo help, Ramón must confront a past they would rather forget, a love lost to time and the discovery of a secret that must come to light.
