MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

During a private spree, Paulino is abducted by government agents led by Alberto Sinsoles, propaganda minister of the regime, in order to use it as a double of Franco in his public appearances risk ; begins "training " in the gestures and modes dictator who finally ends Paulino learning.
