MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

You can watch Freeze Me, full movie on FULLTV - Chihiro is raped by three men and the deed is recorded with a camera. Five years later, he left his hometown and prepares to marry a colleague when one of the rapists appears and tells the others are on the way. He behaves like a long-lost lover and mistreats her again. Chihiro takes revenge, kills him and puts him in the freezer. The other rapists awaits a similar fate.
