MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

The secret of their magic glow Moon Drops are drops that flow from the full moon and goes to lakes secrets that only Gusiluz can find. The behavior of our friends seems much to humans, however they have a special charm and grace: his creative imagination, his good humor and affection they have for their friends. One day the Gusiluz find their Moon Drops reserves are depleting alarmingly and decide to start looking for a new source of drops of moon? ?
