He suspects that one of the fishermen are involved in an ugly case of smuggling related to Chinese traffickers. However, as you have no proof, your boss does not believe his conjectures. But Miller is presented with the opportunity to advance their research, when he meets Julie, the daughter of the fisherman, and decides to woo her.
