MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

You can watch Il Vigile, full movie on FULLTV - A man who spent seven years on the dole, you want to be policeman, and only that. He does not want any other job. Thanks to his stubbornness, makes the mayor, who is in election period, given the coveted post.
