MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

Bob Grove, a builder has problems with the Council on the construction of the supplies you need to complete a job at a local urbanization. Under pressure to complete the work, the child achieves a Local scammer. When the council found, call the police, so the Grove family meets to clear his name, in time for the grand opening.
