MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

You can watch Jakob the Liar, full movie on FULLTV - Jakob was the owner of a popular café in the Jewish quarter of a city in Poland. After the occupation, can survive in the ghetto as implemented by the Nazi army, before suffering the same fate as his wife, killed in a concentration camp.
