MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

You can watch Jubilee, full movie on FULLTV - Jubilee is a comedy set in New Zealand, Billy Williams, a man offered to help organize the famous Waimatua anniversary. He wants to earn the respect of his wife Pauline, as well as the common people, and thus gain a place in the history of Waimatua. Faced with planning the biggest party in town and the balance of your busy schedule with his demanding wife, Billy planned arrival of international rugby player, Max Seddon, a distraction for his wife, because they were sweethearts institute.
