MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

You can watch Kalle wird Bürgermeister, full movie on FULLTV - Karl Steinhauer is a 14-year-old orphan boy, nicknamed Kalle. During a cowboy and Indian war game with his friends, the arbor of the animal keeper Lehmann catches fire. As 'punishment', the children are ordered to build their own 'children's town' in the arbor settlement during the school holidays and to administer it themselves. Kalle is elected mayor. One boy, Sven, injured his arm during the fire and he now tries vehemently to disrupt the construction of the town by 'Indian raids'.
