MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

Charlie immediately warns that the business is not going well and that without new orders go bankrupt. In addition, employees are pretty skeptical about his ability as a leader. So, Charlie decides to go to London in search of solutions; there is going to stop, by chance, to run such a Lola cabaret, where transvestites peculiar use high platform boots.
