MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

You can watch L'emmerdeur, full movie on FULLTV - Ralph Milan, murderer for hire, waiting patiently in the room of a hotel in Montpellier on when to shoot such a Randoni, principal witness a corruption case. But it has not been attended to Pignon, the tenant of the room next door.
