MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Authorities do not know nothing, no suspects, and the girl becomes a victim in a society where thousands of women are assaulted every year. James the brother of the victim, along with Antonio, his best buddy, decide to take revenge into their own hands and kidnap a street gang to beat him and torture in an abandoned warehouse. The impact of their actions will become apparent and will have to make a decision that will affect their lives forever.
