MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

The descendant of the woman he wanted to marry already has a boyfriend: a brave boy young boy named Cody, who lives with his swindler uncle Morty and together they run a tour company called Darkside Tours cirtuitos. The elf suddenly awakens, kills several people and kidnaps his girlfriend. Soon Cody resorts to save her, and discovers that only wrought iron can control a Goblin and hurt. Morty has an idea, however is going seriously wrong when greed is pervasive. Cody is the house elf, however did not know that the house of an elf holds many surprises.
