MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1962 film?

You can watch Les culottes rouges, full movie on FULLTV - Éternel rouspéteur, camarade douteux, fier-à-bras sûr de sa force, Antoine Rossi cherche obstinément à s'enfuir du camp où il est prisonnier. Il en est à sa sixième tentative, chaque fois contraint de porter les culottes rouges qui signalent les récidivistes à l'attention. Il arrive pourtant un dimanche à échanger les culottes trop voyantes contre un pantalon gris et à se réfugier sous la scène du théâtre du camp. Là, il se heurte à un autre prisonnier : Fendard qui, grâce à sa qualité de souffleur, peut y cacher des provisions. Antoine s'en empare, terrorise par son cynisme le poltron Fendard et le persuade de fuir lui aussi. C'est ainsi que, cachés dans des malles de costumes, ils arrivent à se sauver. La chance tourne, ils manquent le train qui devait les emmener, Rossi se fait une entorse et à cette occasion Fendard découvre son vrai caractère, sensible et généreux. Il soigne son camarade, lui trouve à manger et refuse une occasion de fuir tout seul...
