MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

You can watch Local Hero, full movie on FULLTV - Mac is sent by an oil company to an idyllic Scottish village for, in short, buy all the properties in the area in order to build a refinery. The town's residents see an opportunity to get rich, but all this obstinacy of old Ben, owner of a beach, prevents the deal. Meanwhile, Mac goes deeply into a world and a way of life that also end up conquering it.
