MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

You can watch Lost and Found, full movie on FULLTV - Dylan Ramsey, the flamboyant restaurant owner, wants to impress his beautiful French neighbor Lila Dubois and get them to fall in love with him. This lays out a plan: to kidnap your dog and then presented as the hero who has recovered. Unfortunately, things will not go as planned. A remake called Perdido y encontrado (2005) was made based on this movie.
