MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

But seeing the planet, the beautiful blue of its seas, is not able to fulfill its mission and remain on earth to live. 66 years later, another agent is sent to Earth to kill the traitor, now passed through a Vietnamese girl named Lamina. Will avoid death?
