MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

You can watch Meet the Deedles, full movie on FULLTV - The Deedle brothers also live in Hawaii and spend their time practicing surfing. But his situation changed radically when, after an incident with a police officer, are expelled from school.
