MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

To fight it, the authorities created a special treatment program in Tuskegee Hospital, the only hospital for blacks that existed then. However, when economic resources are exhausted, the treatment was discontinued, and the program became simply a study of the fatal outcome of the disease.
