MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Destination Moscow is a lopsided view of this last ten years of Soviet Union, as seen through eyes of an incorrigible idealist from the provinces. He dreams of conquering the glamorous stage of Pushkin Theatre in Moscow. Art, love, hope and dreams become hefty burdens to keep when culture generally is falling apart. Smuggling sugar places some bread up for grabs.
