MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

His parents are mentally disabled. Every time you feel more ashamed of them, especially her mother who has the maturity of a girl of six years. I wish that your mom was like her Aunt Dorie Kay, who lives in the city and is intelligent and sophisticated. What I most want is to leave town Tiger as far as possible from his family and schoolmates who mock her. So when her Aunt Dorie Kay invites her to spend the summer with her in Baton Rouge, not wait to go. But the sudden death of his grandmother and the revelation of a dark family secret Tiger Ann take to make a decision that will change your life.
