Sometimes straining the relationship between the visual and the verbal, sometimes as a hallucinatory landscape of pure iconicity, and sometimes from a musical conception of the image ; where the eye without limit, eager Hirsch looking for that Borges aleph one of his last works evokes from the title, this point? intolerable glare? confluence real and imagined universe, ie, wakefulness and sleep. Born in 1928, his life is as fascinating as his work, so this journey through his career that illuminates part of the largely unknown story of the epic film as a pioneering group of experimental filmmakers in Argentina was necessary.
