MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

You can watch Necromancer, full movie on FULLTV - A college girl named Julie, is attacked one night by three students just raping her. Heeding a friend who has a habit of reading the horoscopes in the newspaper, visit a sorceress of black magic to avenge the insult. However, the sorceress awakens powerful evil power will lead to the death of many members of the university, only a teenager knows the hidden power of the witch seems to want to help her.
