MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

You can watch NetForce, full movie on FULLTV - Alex Michael is one of the high command of the Red Unit, corporation belonging to the FBI, devoted to Internet surveillance. Steven Day, the director, is killed by a bomb while riding his official car. Johnny Stompatto a criminal kingpin, is also killed. The blame for these deaths is a genius who is at the command of a stranger who wants to gain control of the Internet world.
