MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

After the murder of his brother at the hands of a gangster, Truman expected to justice through legal channels. However, when his older brother comes to town predisposed to apply the law of retaliation, Truman will be faced with a difficult dilemma, because their respect for the law is at odds with the desire for revenge of his family. This film is a remake of Next of Kin (1984), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
