MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Fifteen years after the war, the city is still divided into two parts, one Muslim and Bosnian Croat and the other Catholic. It is not easy to cross to the other side of town. The Neretva River psychological barrier for many people is as effective as a thorny wire. An old friend Slavko Muslim dies and the protagonist is concerned about the effect his presence at the funeral may have within the Croatian community. Slavko is concerned, a state that is reflected in the city, where everyone seems to get along, but the tension is behind the daily activities of its inhabitants.
