MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

This outsider poet for the new age gets commissioned to publish an ode on famous Slovene poet Preseren, for the occasion for the nationwide party, as a result of the 200th anniversary of Preseren's birth. Who was Preseren, just what did he drink and what type of woman did he like? A comedy will start.
