MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

You can watch One Week, full movie on FULLTV - It narrates the journey of a young man across Canada on his motorcycle. A Ben Tyler has been diagnosed with cancer. With a grim chance of survival in the best case, even if the treatment begins immediately, decides to take his old bike and travel from Toronto through the Canadian prairies and forests, to British Columbia. Along the way Tyler will make new friends, re-evaluate his relationship with his girlfriend Samantha, his work, and his dream of becoming a writer, and after suffering a few experiences, learns to appreciate life more. This film is a remake of Una semana (1920), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
