MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

By coincidence Sergej also takes a mysterious document end of the Second World War. Instructor shall be authorized to recover the stolen painting and the document, thus putting up a diabolic mechanism of the past.
