MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2019 film?

You can watch Kimi to, nami ni noretara, full movie on FULLTV - Hinako is a surf-loving university student that has just relocated to a tiny seaside city. Whenever an abrupt fire breaks out at the woman apartment building, she actually is rescued by Minato, a handsome firefighter, and the two quickly fall in love. Just like they become inseparable, Minato loses their life in any sort of accident at sea. Hinako is indeed distraught that she cannot also look at the ocean, but 1 day she sings a song that reminds the woman of their time together, and Minato appears inside water. From then on, she can summon him in any watery area as soon as she sings their track, but can the 2 actually stay together forever? And what's the real basis for Minato's unexpected reappearance?
