MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1944 film?

You can watch Rikugun, full movie on FULLTV - 1896. Japan is engaged in a civil war. Tomuhiko, a boy of 10 years, swears his dad, a soldier dying, you most want to be like him and serve the emperor. The only goal of the child will be enlisting in the army and follow the path of his father.
