MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1959 film?

An American medical student, of Irish origin, expected to stay out of trouble, but from the moment he helps a wounded comrade, standing not only illegal, but enters into the organization, which leader is his former professor Sean Lenihan.
