MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Five stories intertwine, each in the five districts of the city immense: In Queens, Josif, a Romanian butcher's apprentice dreams of a house in the suburbs, in a nutshell, he and his wife also. In the Bronx, the Puerto Rican Marisol sees her boyfriend as a way of life glamrosa, however on the other hand is not so. In Manhattan, the fashion designer Sylvie is facing an eviction from his apartment in SoHo. In Staten Island, Chandra is fed up with his brother, a Bollywood star rundown. And in Brooklyn, a marriage Antillean discusses when he bought a very expensive car.
