MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

Simon Bolivar, thanks also to the attraction exerted between the indigenous population, together a formidable army that defeated the royalists. Released the country, Bolivar has to face the new political class, which is opposed to his dream of a united Latin America. Although Congress authorizes it to undertake such an arduous enterprise, secretly hoping for his failure and that it affects his popularity. Bolivar troops advancing towards Peru, and at the news of his new victory, unbelievers have no choice congressmen who applauded enthusiastically.
