MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

The Goert police commissioner warns of impending tragedy but is ignored and forced to take a vacation. With the help of a young Goert will do anything to avoid a bloody Christmas. Will he succeed?.
