MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

You can watch Snow Queen, full movie on FULLTV - Gerda lives with her reclusive father in a lonely hotel Wolfgang north. Years ago, her mother died in a tragic snowstorm. Since then the only consolation for Gerda has been their growing love for Kai, the hotel porter . One night a mysterious lady in the hotel room reservation. Dressed in white furs and diamonds, accompanied by wolves and a cold look, the strange lady realizes the love between teenagers. In the middle of the night the woman disappears as mysteriously as it arrived and the only trace that Gerda finds Kai is a disturbing note :Help me.
