MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

You can watch Solarbabies, full movie on FULLTV - In a future where most of the water has disappeared from the Earth, we find a team of teenagers living in an orphanage, under the rules of the new despotic dictators of the new Earth. One day they find a special power ball produces strange effects on them. When someone steals the ball escape from the orphanage, pursued by the police.
