MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

You can watch Splitting Heirs, full movie on FULLTV - The future Duke of Bournemouth XV has come to the planet, thus ensuring the continuity of the family. The trouble is that in addition to his parents are pretty clueless and, during a party, the little left forgotten. The Dukes find another child who was lost on the same day, so Tommy is adopted as his own for a humble Hindu family.
