MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

You can watch Steel and Lace, full movie on FULLTV - Daniel Emerson is acquitted of the charge of rape to a promising classical pianist, Gaily Morton, thanks to the testimony of his friends. The younger brother, Albert, a prominent scientist tries to help her during the trial and not separated from it for a moment. But the day of the verdict, just at the end of the trial, Gaily commits suicide by jumping from the roof of a building under the horrified gaze of Albert. Five years later, Albert has completed his work with Gaily. He has turned his body into a cyborg with extraordinary abilities, a killing machine whose main ambition is to take revenge on the men who raped her.
