MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

You can watch Storm Catcher, full movie on FULLTV - William Jacobs, a general renegade, plans to bomb Washington using a new secret weapon called " storm chaser ". The only problem is that there is only one man who can make it fly: the largest Jack Holloway, and they hatch a plot to make it appear that he has killed several people and plundered the plane. Meanwhile they will try to kill his wife and kidnap his daughter to force him to execute his plans.
