MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

You can watch Suitchi wo osu toki, full movie on FULLTV - Due to the high committing suicide rate among youths in Japan, the us government implements experiments to locate the causes behind the high suicide rate. Children are chosen and put in a YSC center under constant surveillance. At the age of 10, the kids are then give a detonator with a red switch. They are told should they press the switch they'll die immediately. A lot of the kids in experiment, eventually presses the switch and dies. After the conclusion of this experiment 6 young ones remain whom did not press the switch. The 6 children are; strong-minded Masami, poor Naoto, hot-tempered Hiro, impulsive Ryota, wheelchair bound Kimiaki and Aiko who's constantly thinking about her parents. These 6 children survived despite the fact that they were pressured by task manager Tsukuda to press the switch.
