MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

You can watch Suri, full movie on FULLTV - Kaido is a professional pickpocket whom works the Tokyo subway together with young foster-daughter, Rei: She lets herself be groped while Kaido relieves the groper of their wallet. Most of the time they are observed by a middle-aged cop, who generally speaking lets Kaido get free. Rei is unsettled when Kaido assumes on a road punk, Kazuki, as an apprentice -- with directions to make Kaido stop drinking. Kazuki, but would like to get into company with Rei.
