Yang's life is cursed by a bulge protruding from his forehead, causing the mockery of all those around you. He wanted to prevent the bulge grow to be dangerous, goes to a remote village to learn Tai Chi with Master Chen. He met with hostility by locals, fail in their attempts to prove himself. His last chance is to destroy a steam engine threatening to break through the village and its precious ecosystem.
