MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Lu Chan has arrived to coach, nevertheless the villagers are forbidden to teach Chen Style to outsiders, and do their best to discourage him by challenging him to a few battles. Every person, from strong guys to young kids, defeats him employing their Tai Chi moves. But when a person from the town's previous returns with a frightening steampowered device and plans to build a railroad through village at any expenses, the villagers realize they may haven't any choice but to put their faith in Lu Chan... who may have a secret energy of his own.
