MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

You can watch The Badge, full movie on FULLTV - When the Sheriff Darl Hardwick wakes up in his patrol car after a night of drinking, finds a body in the ditch: the victim is Mona, a transsexual. Darl not think wasting too much time here, especially because the judge asks him to file for the governor did not lose the election.
