MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

You can watch The Big Tease, full movie on FULLTV - Crawford Mackenzie, the best barber in Glasgow, receives a letter from the International Federation of Hairdressers to invite him to its prestigious annual contest in Los Angeles hairstyles. However, upon arrival found that he has been invited as a public, not as a participant. Determined not to be defeated, Mackenzie uses all resources, including contacting the publisher of compatriot Sean Connery. A funny comedy based on the old standby of fish out of water.
